It can be proved by looking at it and it was made by a close relative as at that time there were no shop made clothes in the country it was made it. It is absolutely beautiful.
It depends who made it, but if it's still in wearable condition, then your looking in the thousands (if you can prove all that stuff). But otherwise a thousand at the most.
