My teacher makes us print way too much?
I think a teacher shouldnt do this.Were doing a project and he wants us to print out the following from wikipedia:
Qin Dynasty,Han dynasty,sui dynasty,Tang dynasty,Zhou dynasty,silk road,mongolians,belief system and the emperors from each of those dynasty.Thats over 60 pages.isnt that a little too much waht should i do?
Why does he want you to print all of this out? If you are using the pages themselves for some project, I suppose it is acceptable, but if the idea is just to have you prove that you have looked them up, it is extremely wasteful. You might suggest that you have a problem with killing so many trees just to prove this to him, and give an alternative that can be done online, like that you will copy the pages and save them to a file, or to a classroom management system like WebCT or Blackboard, if your school uses one. I started posting articles for my students to read on Blackboard years ago, and I felt a whole lot better about not printing out dozens of copies of things.
