Need to find an old friend.I tried many ways but failed.?

His name is Sandeep Uppal.He is actually frm Delhi.his father is a Panjabi pattan,mom is an italian.he was in Bangalore may be 10 years back and was working for Arvind Mills(designer for Arrow shirts)Now he is no more working there.He must be around 37 yrs.Height 6ft.2 '',Hassle brown eyes.His daughter's name is riya.He must be in Delhi right now.Need to find him desperately.Matters of life and death.Right now im in Japan and do not know how to find him.Does any body know him or is there any way to find him?Please healp me...(may be some one frm Delhi could find this name in the directory n let me know the contact no.)Thank you.
